ONE began as our own problem.

The Brazn team was drowning in the work around the work — the inbox triage, the follow-ups, the “did anyone book that?” Somewhere between shipping products and chasing calendars, we built ourselves an assistant. Not a chatbot — an assistant: one that runs in the background, knows our tools, remembers what we tell it, and asks before anything leaves the house.

We called it ONE, because that's what it replaced: the one person we all wished we had.

It worked so well that the question stopped being “how do we manage without one?” and became “why should anyone?”

So we decided the whole world should get access to ONE.
